-        At WILDPATH JUNGLE SAFARI, we follow transparent cancellation guidelines for Ranthambore.Timing Cancellation Fee.1.     3 to 1 day before excursion 100% of the safari amount.2.     15 to 4 days before excursion 80% of the safari amount.3.     59 to 16 days before excursion 50% of the safari amount. 4.     60 to 120 days before excursion 100% of the safari amount.          NOTE: -           - During peak season and long holidays (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day, and Independence Day), hotel and forest lodge bookings are subject to a separate cancellation policy,                 which will be communicated as and when applicable.           - The calculation excludes the actual safari date; only the days before are considered.         Pre-Confirmation Cancellation.

At WILDPATH JUNGLE SAFARI, We follows fair cancellation for Kaziranga National Park.Gypsy & Elephant Safari is Non-Refundable.Tour Packages Cancellation are as follows:-1. 30 days prior to arrival :- 20% of the Tour Cost.2. 15 to 29 days prior to arrival:- 30% of the Tour Cost.3. 07 to 14 days prior to arrival:- 40% of the Tour Cost.4. 02 to 06 days prior to arrival:- 50% of the Tour Cost.5. Less than 48 hours or no show:- No Refund.- If the Permit is not generated and a cancellation is received from the Client, A cancellation charge of INR 1030/- will be applied, and the remaining amount will be Refunded.- Any changes in Government taxes, hotels charges, Safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.Mode Of Payment.- Our user friendly website provides options for overseas advance payment through online transfer to our Bank through NET BANKING, MASTER/VISA Debit or Credit Card.- Foreign nationals can make payments through currency notes/ traveler cheques or Master/Visa, American Express Credit card. - Please NOTE that in case of payment made through a Credit Card, The Bank charges as applicable would be added to the total amount and will be paid at the Same.NOTE- If your safari is not booked due to technical error or Unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account in 5 to 7 workings days.- Peak Season bookings( Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year ) have Separate cancellation policies, will be communicated as needed.- Hotel and Forest Lodges have separate cancellation policies which will be communicated when needed. OUR LIABILITES AND LIMITATIONS- Any increases in Permit Fees, Taxes, Fuel Costs, Museums or Guide charges by the Government of India will be Charged Separately.- Force majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, over booking of Hotels and Lodges or entry restrictions as visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives  we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising these situations.- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive JURISDICTION of the courts in NEW DELHI.- PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TOUR DATE IS NOT COUNTED WHEN PROCESSING CANCELLATIONS.DECLRATION- We would like to clarify that we, as a PRIVATE TRAVEL AGENCY, are not authorized by the FOREST DEPARTMENT, nor  do we make any claims or affiliation with them.                          Our services primarily cater of Booking safari's, arranging Hotel & Resorts Accommodations, coordinating Transportation such as PICKUP & DROPS and Facilitating Flights Reservations                          on behalf of our customers. We operate independently and charges a reasonable amount for our services. It is IMPORTANT to note that the charges we levy are subject to variations based                          on the demand for safari bookings, and they may increase during peak periods of high booking traffic.
